According to German media outlet Sport1, German national team coach Jurgen Klopp has expressed his full support to international player Yamal Musiala and revealed details of his first contact with him.
In an interview with Sky Sports ahead of Bayern Munich's Bundesliga opener against Stuttgart, Klopp said he sent the 23-year-old a voice message: "Because he doesn't know me at all, and doesn't know my number. If I called him, I could probably call for three days straight—I don't think he would answer."
Musiala immediately replied to the voice message. The Bayern attacking player missed the first few official matches of the season after collapsing suddenly due to neurological dysfunction during two pre-season friendlies.
Klopp reveals Musiala's recovery progress
Klopp said he wanted to encourage "young players like Yamar." The new German national team coach said, "Everything will be alright in the end, everyone agrees that, it's just not the right stage yet. So I wanted to at least alleviate one of his concerns, which is whether there will be any long-term effects—of course not. That's all I can do to help him."
Klopp also mentioned that he had spoken with Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany. "Kompany told me that he has returned to his best form. He is in amazing shape now," the 59-year-old coach said.
Klopp believes that all they can do now is wait patiently: "The young players don't really have any problems; the only problem is that they get impatient. And at times like these, you absolutely cannot be impatient."

Klopp believes that Musiala is in the perfect club and the perfect environment: "We want to contribute to this perfect environment, and all we have to do is tell him, 'Boy, get well soon!' That door is always open."
